We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Cluster Manager to lead and inspire our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across the assigned cluster. If you have a passion for fashion/lifestyle retail and excel in strategic execution, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As our Cluster Manager, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence, brand presentation, and commercial success of multiple stores. You will mentor Store Managers, champion our brand values, and ensure every outlet delivers an exceptional shopping experience while smashing business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Sales: Drive top-line sales, analyze retail metrics (ATV, UPT, Conversion, Footfall), and oversee EOSS liquidation and festive planning.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure flawless execution of operational SOPs, statutory compliance, inventory health, and strict loss prevention protocols.
People Leadership & Talent: Hire top-tier talent, coach Store Managers, run performance reviews, and build robust succession plans.
Customer Experience & VM: Cultivate a culture of customer-first service, monitor NPS/mystery audits, and enforce flawless Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.
Profitability & Collaboration: Monitor store expenses, drive cost control, and act as the vital bridge between Head Office (HO) and store teams.
What We Are Looking For
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent.
Location: Bengaluru (Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru)
💼 Experience: 2 to 4 years of multi-store retail management experience (fashion/lifestyle brand experience preferred).
📊 Skills: Strong analytical mindset, mastery of retail KPIs, POS systems, and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
🚗 Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible retail hours (weekends/holidays).
