Mobile Experience Designer

Responsibilities:
Design and own the end-to-end mobile user experience for key fintech journeys such as onboarding, KYC, dashboard, rewards, offers, and loyalty programs.
Create engaging mobile experiences by defining transitions, animations, feedback states, and interaction patterns.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or Protopie that closely replicate real app behaviour for seamless engineering handoff.
Design intuitive micro-interactions for critical user moments, including reward unlocks, tier upgrades, offer redemption, card activation, and success/celebration states.
Leverage Spline and AI-powered design tools to create modern 3D visuals, card renders, and immersive interface elements.
Build and maintain scalable mobile design systems, including components, interaction states, motion guidelines, and dark mode experiences.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of animations, haptics, and interaction specifications.
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile UX, motion design, and micro-interactions.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variables, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.
Hands-on experience with motion and animation tools such as After Effects, Lottie, and Rive.
Strong expertise in Protopie or similar prototyping tools for creating interactive mobile experiences.
Experience using Spline or other AI-assisted design tools for 3D elements and visual storytelling.
Deep understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines, gestures, interaction patterns, and haptic feedback systems.
Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, colour systems, iconography, spacing, and layout design.
Ability to design polished user experiences across all states, including onboarding, empty states, error handling, progress tracking, and success states.
Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect mobile experiences.
