Planning Manager / Project Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager / Project Scheduler to lead project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and programme management across construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project programmes, schedules, milestones, and critical paths.
Monitor project progress, productivity, resources, and schedule performance.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
Identify schedule delays, risks, constraints, and recovery opportunities.
Prepare and update baseline programmes, progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.
Analyse schedule impacts, variations, delays, and extension-of-time requirements.
Support project planning, resource allocation, coordination, and management reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, project controls, or a related senior role.
Strong knowledge of construction planning, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and delay analysis.
Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, or other project scheduling tools.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complex project programmes, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
Relevant certification in project management, planning, or project controls is an advantage.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
