Role Description The QA Analyst role at PPStack is a full-time remote position responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of digital learning platforms, applications, and services. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing manual test cases, performing functional and regression testing, and validating that new features meet defined requirements and quality standards. The QA Analyst collaborates with product, development, and instructional design teams to identify defects, document issues, and support timely resolution. This role also involves creating and maintaining test documentation, contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes, and providing clear feedback to stakeholders on product readiness and risks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and analyze test results.
Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills to design robust test approaches, validate functionality, and ensure adherence to standards.
Candidates should possess Manual Testing and Test Cases skills to create, execute, and maintain detailed test scenarios and test plans.
Experience with software testing lifecycle, defect tracking tools, and documentation best practices.
Familiarity with web and mobile applications, preferably within EdTech or SaaS environments.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of basic automation testing concepts and SQL or API testing tools is a plus.
