Role Description The Data Analyst at PPStack is a full-time, remote role responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that support educational products, career services, and digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources, performing exploratory and statistical analyses, and building dashboards and reports for stakeholders across product, operations, and marketing. The role involves developing data models to support AI-powered learning platforms and career acceleration programs, identifying trends and performance drivers, and recommending data-informed improvements. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to define metrics, track key performance indicators, and communicate findings in clear, accessible ways. This role also contributes to experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization of PPStack’s learning and career services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills, including data collection, cleaning, transformation, visualization, and reporting.
Candidates should possess Statistics skills to apply descriptive and inferential methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and maintain data structures, build analytical models, and support scalable reporting.
Candidates should possess Communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in remote teams.
Proficiency with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau) is highly beneficial.
Experience in EdTech, education analytics, or digital product analytics is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
