Role Description The Relationship Manager – PSF Channel at Bajaj Life is a full-time on-site role based in Noida, focused on managing and growing business through the Partner/PSF (Partnership/Sales Force) channel. In this role, the Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with partners and customers, understands their financial protection and investment needs, and recommends suitable Bajaj Life products. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new customers, supporting partner sales teams, conducting product presentations, and ensuring timely completion of documentation and KYC. The role also involves tracking sales performance, meeting assigned business targets, coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing, and providing post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager is expected to maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and uphold Bajaj Life’s standards of ethics and customer-centric service.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and customer service abilities, including stakeholder engagement and customer-centric communication.
Sales and business development skills, with experience in financial services, insurance, or banking preferred.
Ability to understand and explain life insurance products, investment solutions, and basic financial planning concepts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local language; strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, meet targets, and maintain accurate records.
Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office software for reporting and customer follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience in a front-line sales, relationship management, or insurance advisory role is highly beneficial.
