Role Description The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This full-time, on-site role involves managing employee relations, guiding performance management processes, and supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies. The HR Business Partner will consult with managers on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational changes, while ensuring adherence to labor and employment law requirements. The role also includes resolving workplace concerns, supporting engagement initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundations in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with the ability to translate business needs into HR practices.
Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting engagement.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and compliance, with the ability to advise leaders on regulatory and policy implications.
Proficiency in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and supporting managers with performance reviews.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
