We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized MIS Executive to manage business data, prepare reports, maintain dashboards, track performance, and provide accurate information to management for effective decision-making.
Job Summary
The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, organizing, validating, analyzing, and presenting business data from different departments.
The role will involve preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and management reports, maintaining Excel/Google Sheets databases, monitoring KPIs, developing dashboards, tracking team performance, identifying data gaps, and ensuring that management receives accurate and timely information.
The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, data-handling ability, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and reporting discipline.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. MIS Data Management
Collect data from Sales, HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and other departments.
Consolidate data from multiple sources into structured MIS formats.
Maintain master databases and reporting sheets.
Ensure data is updated regularly.
Check data for missing, duplicate, or incorrect entries.
Maintain data accuracy and consistency.
Organize data in a manner that makes reporting and analysis easy.
2. Daily MIS Reporting
Prepare and maintain daily reports related to:
Sales
Leads

Customer Support

Attendance

Ensure daily reports are completed and submitted within the required timeline.

Reduce manual data-entry work wherever possible.
Improve reporting speed and accuracy.
Explore AI and automation tools for MIS and data analysis.
12. CRM / HRMS / Business System Reporting
Extract relevant information from CRM, HRMS, ERP, or other business systems.
Convert system data into useful management reports.
Monitor data completeness.
Coordinate with system users when information is missing.
Support management in understanding system-generated reports.
13. Coordination With Departments
The MIS Executive will coordinate with:
