ABOUT KHEEWA INCORPORATION

We are looking for a Franchise Development Executive who can identify potential franchise partners, generate franchise enquiries, conduct business discussions, explain franchise opportunities and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
JOB SUMMARY
The Franchise Development Executive will be responsible for the complete franchise sales cycle:
Lead Generation → Prospecting → Qualification → Presentation → Follow-Up → Negotiation → Closure → Franchise Onboarding
The candidate should have strong B2B sales, business development, negotiation and relationship-management skills and be comfortable communicating with business owners, investors, entrepreneurs and potential franchise partners.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Franchise Lead Generation
Generate franchise enquiries through multiple channels.
Identify potential franchise investors and business partners.

Build and maintain a strong franchise prospect pipeline.
2. Franchise Prospecting
Identify and approach potential:
Entrepreneurs

Existing franchise operators
Professionals looking for business opportunities
Local business partners
Investors interested in new business models
3. Franchise Enquiry Handling
Respond promptly to franchise enquiries.
Understand the prospect's business background and investment expectations.
Explain the franchise concept and business model.
Understand the prospect's preferred location and business interests.
Qualify prospects based on defined company criteria.
4. Franchise Presentation
Conduct professional discussions and presentations covering:

5. Franchise Sales & Conversion

6. Follow-Up Management

7. Negotiation

Understand prospect concerns regarding investment and business terms.
Coordinate special requests with management.
Maintain professional negotiation practices.
Ensure all commitments made to prospects are approved and documented.
8. Franchise Partner Relationship Management
Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
Coordinate with internal teams during onboarding.
Maintain franchise partner information and communication history.
Support the franchise partner during the initial transition to operations.
9. Market & Location Research
Research potential franchise markets based on:
Population
Business activity
Customer potential
Competition
Local demand
Commercial areas
Existing business presence
Franchise availability
Identify new cities and territories for expansion.
10. Competitor Research
Monitor:

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Investment Sales, Channel Sales or Inside Sales preferred.
Experience in franchise development will be an advantage.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to handle targets.
Comfortable communicating with business owners and investors.
Good understanding of CRM and sales reporting.
