We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-oriented Account Representative to join our remote team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers and partners succeed.
As an Account Representative, you’ll support our customers and/or travel partners throughout their experience with Wheel the World. You’ll communicate with accounts, answer questions, follow up on requests, keep information organized, and help ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to accessible and inclusive travel. You’ll work closely with teams across the company, making this a great opportunity to learn about customer success, sales, travel, and accessible tourism.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and travel partners.
Respond to account questions, requests, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
Help customers and partners navigate Wheel the World’s platform, products, and services.
Maintain accurate account information and keep customer records up to date.
Follow up on open requests and make sure issues are properly resolved.
Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate internal team when needed.
Support account onboarding and ongoing account management.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, and other teams.
Help identify opportunities to improve the customer and partner experience.
Keep organized notes and communicate account updates clearly.
Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and accessibility-focused customer experience.
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, hospitality, travel, or a related field—or a strong desire to start a career in these areas.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping people.
Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and follow-ups.
Comfortable learning new technology and working with online tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
Positive, curious, and solution-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills
Interest in travel, accessibility, inclusion, or hospitality is a plus.
