MailerMen is hiring a AI / Machine Learning Engineer for our Surat team. You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. The role is fully remote, with the Surat team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
Build Python-based ML pipelines and reusable data-processing components.
Document experiments, models, APIs and deployment procedures.
Develop, train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
Assist in deploying models with containerized services.
Integrate trained models with backend APIs and web applications.
Contribute to feature stores and reusable ML utilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
Good to have: FastAPI, LLMs, AWS, GCP, XGBoost, Airflow
