About the Role
We are looking for a Physiotherapy / Wellness Intern to join our Calibr8 team and gain hands-on exposure to customer wellness, body support, posture, ergonomics, and health-focused consultations.
The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, supporting basic assessments, documenting observations, and assisting the team in recommending appropriate body-support solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the team with basic posture, mobility, comfort, and body-support assessments.
Interact with customers to understand their wellness, comfort, posture, and sleep-related requirements.
Support physiotherapists and wellness professionals during customer consultations.
Maintain accurate records of customer observations and requirements.
Explain basic wellness, posture, ergonomics, and body-support recommendations to customers.
Develop an understanding of ergonomics, posture, sleep, recovery, and body-support products.
Support customer wellness initiatives and awareness activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Assist with documentation, data collection, and other wellness-related activities.
Eligibility
Candidates pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields:
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)
Other relevant healthcare, wellness, or allied health sciences programs.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable interacting directly with customers.
Strong observation and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, customer-facing environment.
Freshers and students looking for internship exposure are welcome.
