We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Advise national and international clients on accounting and reporting matters.
• Support clients with transitions between different accounting standards (e.g., HGB to IFRS).
• Assist with the implementation of international accounting principles like IFRS and US GAAP.
• Contribute to client projects involving company transactions and conversion services.
• Advise on complex accounting issues, enforcement proceedings, and audit readiness.
• Support the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements.
What You'll Need
• Completed degree in economics, with a focus on international accounting, auditing, or business informatics.
• First practical experience through internships or working student roles in accounting, finance, IPO, capital markets, controlling, or similar fields.
• Foundational knowledge in accounting according to HGB and IFRS, with a strong quality awareness and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and fluent English (C2 level).
