The Role
Perform complex data analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and business insights
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis
Utilize SQL analytical functions for reporting and investigative efforts
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
Create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation, Data Flow Diagrams, and Process Flow Documentation
Conduct data validation, reconciliation, testing, and UAT support to ensure data accuracy and integrity
What You'll Need
Advanced SQL expertise with experience writing complex queries and using analytical/window functions
Strong analytical and data investigation skills
Experience performing data validation, testing, and root cause analysis
Proven ability to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Experience creating Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Flow Diagrams, and Process Flow Documentation
Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills with excellent communication for stakeholder engagement
