IT Infrastructure Engineer

The Role
• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux systems securely, reliably, and scalably.
• Automate routine tasks through scripting to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Information Assurance, engineering, and operations teams to deliver IT services.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to information system, network, and security events.
• Develop and enforce information security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior administrators, contributing to team development.
What You'll Need
• Must currently hold an active TOP SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience.
• Detailed understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST, ICD, and CNSS standards.
• Must currently hold a DoDM 8140 IAT Level II certification.
• Experience with compliance and vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., SCAP, ACAS).
• Hands-on experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) implementation and management.
