CRM Product Owner

We're working with a dynamic organisation that thrives on optimising its customer relationships and operational efficiency through cutting-edge CRM solutions. This company is looking for a professional to drive the strategic direction and practical implementation of their key platforms.
The Role
Take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot platforms, shaping their future direction and ensuring effective integration.
Own the CRM roadmap and backlog, prioritising improvements and translating business needs into practical system changes.
Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, views, business rules, model-driven apps) and build/maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations.
Coordinate with internal Data teams and external suppliers for technical changes, integrations, data flows, and releases.
Ensure strong platform governance through clear requirements, documentation, solution designs, test plans, and monitoring performance.
Collaborate closely with various teams to understand their needs and deliver genuine improvements to their day-to-day work.
What You'll Need
Proven experience as a CRM Product Owner, Product Manager, or CRM-focused Business Analyst.
A track record of managing CRM roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery.
Hands-on experience configuring a CRM system such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Experience building workflows, automations, and process logic within CRM platforms.
Ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing competing priorities.
A proactive approach to taking ownership, challenging constructively, and finding practical solutions.
