Management Intern

Position Overview
We are seeking 1-2 motivated and self driven folks to join our team as Management Interns. In this role, you will undertake research, capture and document information /data and be involved in outreach activities including engaging with potential partners and users and social media postings.
Responsibilities:
· Understand the specific requirements for research and information gathering
· Carry out the information gathering as per the requirements ensuring accuracy and completeness .
· Input data on relevant worksheets/templates
· Communicate/Meet with specific partners and users as required
· Provide insights and suggestions for process improvements and ways to grow our impact and reach.
Qualifications:
· Graduates ( Business Management , Development Studies, Economics or Commerce) with 0-1 years experience. Those in their third year of graduation could also be considered.
· Proficient in English and Hindi
· Knowledge of Microsoft Tools ( Excel , PowerPoint )
· Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
· Empathy and passion for doing social good
Duration: This is an initial 3-month internship position, with the potential for further extension and full time role based on performance and mutual agreement. Stipend of maximum INR 8000/month in the internship period.
