Role Description The Operation Intern role at PPStack is a full-time remote position focused on supporting day-to-day operational activities across education, career, and digital service lines. The intern will assist with coordinating projects, managing schedules, and tracking deliverables to ensure smooth execution of programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting operational processes, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and academic partners. The intern will help streamline workflows, analyze basic operational data, and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency. This role offers exposure to EdTech operations and an opportunity to learn how digital education and career services are managed at scale.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor operational performance, and support process improvement initiatives.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Candidates should possess basic Sales and customer relationship skills to support outreach, follow-ups, and learner or client interactions when needed.
Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to assist in planning, organizing, and tracking tasks across multiple programs.
Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in productivity tools (such as spreadsheets and project management software), attention to detail, ability to work independently, and a strong interest in EdTech and digital learning.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant internships or project experience are an advantage.
