About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in light industrial and event staffing roles. Your expertise will help drive our company's growth by building strong talent pipelines and ensuring the right candidates are matched with the right opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for connecting people with meaningful employment. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in staffing or recruiting, preferably within light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics sectors. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience with ATS/CRM systems is required to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and client interactions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, enabling effective communication with a diverse candidate pool and client base. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are critical qualities for this position.
Responsibilities
As a Staffing Recruiter at Core Personnel Staffing, your core responsibilities will include:
Source, screen, and place qualified candidates into suitable roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and outreach efforts.
Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver timely solutions.
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and candidates are prepared for their roles.
Support branch operations by maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and participating in team meetings.
Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
