Role Description The Teacher role at School, Cooching is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate records. The Teacher will support learners through individual and group instruction, offer guidance on academic challenges, and collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices. Additional duties include communicating with parents or guardians as needed, participating in training sessions, and contributing to a positive, respectful classroom and school environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in classroom instruction and curriculum delivery.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and families.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design structured, engaging, and goal-oriented learning activities.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to guide, mentor, and support learners in developing academic competencies.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, teaching certification (where applicable), and prior teaching or coaching experience are beneficial.
