🚀 Open Role: Data & BI Engineer (Foundational Role) | Remote
Arvenda is partnering with a premium California-based home care agency to find a proactive Data & BI Engineer. This is a ground-floor opportunity—you won't be fixing legacy systems; instead, you will design and build a robust data architecture from scratch to drive executive decision-making.
💼 Role: Data & BI Engineer
🌍 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM)
💰 Salary: $2,000 USD/month
⏰ Working Hours: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST)
💻 Core Tech / Industry: SQL, Data Warehousing, WellSky (EHR) / US Healthcare
What you’ll do:
Design and maintain structured tables, datasets, and leadership dashboards within the EHR platform (WellSky) and the company data warehouse.
Clean and transform complex raw operational data into scalable, analysis-ready models.
Establish and standardize core organizational KPIs (e.g., active clients, retention, utilization, and referral performance).
Automate manual reporting processes and proactively resolve data discrepancies across systems.
Collaborate directly with U.S. leadership to map business needs and draft clear SOPs for data transformations.
What we’re looking for:
3 years of proven experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or advanced analytics roles.
Strictly required: Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Direct, hands-on experience working in a data warehouse environment and creating dashboards from scratch.
Solid English communication skills (written and spoken) to align effectively with U.S. stakeholders.
A self-starter capable of building infrastructure independently.
Bonus: Background in healthcare/WellSky; familiarity with the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery) or enterprise BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
