We are looking for a skilled, problem-solving, and technically strong Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain complete web-based applications and business platforms.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend development, databases, APIs, third-party integrations, authentication, performance optimization, and deployment.
Job Summary
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications and business software solutions.
The role involves working on the complete development lifecycle:
Requirement Understanding → Architecture → UI Development → Backend Development → Database → API Integration → Testing → Deployment → Maintenance
The developer will work closely with management, product/business teams, designers, and other developers to convert business requirements into reliable and user-friendly technology solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Web Application Development
Design and develop complete web applications.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Develop backend services and business logic.
Design database structures.
Develop and integrate APIs.
Implement authentication and authorization.
Connect frontend applications with backend services.
Maintain existing applications and improve functionality.
Develop scalable solutions based on business requirements.
2. Frontend Development
Develop modern, responsive interfaces using technologies such as:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
TypeScript
React.js
Next.js
Vue.js or Angular where required
Responsibilities include:
Responsive web design implementation.
Reusable UI components.
Forms and validation.
Dashboard development.
User account interfaces.
Admin panels.
Data tables and reporting screens.
API data integration.
Cross-browser compatibility.
Frontend performance optimization.
3. Backend Development
Develop secure and scalable backend systems using technologies such as:
Node.js
Express.js
PHP/Laravel
Python/Django/FastAPI
Java/Spring Boot
Depending on the project, the developer may work with one or more backend technologies.
Responsibilities include:
Business logic development.
REST API development.
Authentication and authorization.
User and role management.
Database integration.
File upload and processing.
Notifications.
Background jobs.
Third-party API integration.
Backend performance optimization.
4. Database Development & Management
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as:
MySQL
PostgreSQL
MongoDB
Firebase
Redis where required
Responsibilities include:
Database design.
Table and collection structure.
Relationships and indexing.
Query optimization.
Data validation.
Data migration.
Backup and recovery support.
Maintaining database performance and integrity.
5. API Development & Integration
Develop RESTful APIs.
Integrate third-party APIs.
Handle authentication and authorization.
Implement API validation.
Manage API errors and responses.
Integrate payment gateways.
Integrate SMS and WhatsApp APIs.
Integrate email services.
Integrate maps/location services.
Integrate social media and marketing APIs.
Document APIs for internal use.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The developer may work with integrations such as:
Payment Gateways

7. AI Integration
Kheewa Incorporation is developing AI-enabled business solutions, so the developer may be required to integrate AI functionality into applications.
Responsibilities may include:
Integrating AI APIs.
Chatbot development.
AI-powered search.
AI content generation.
AI customer support.
AI recommendation systems.
AI data analysis.
AI-based automation.
Connecting business applications with LLM-based services.
Working with APIs from AI platforms.
Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, Gemini APIs, AI agents, prompt integration, embeddings, vector databases, or RAG systems will be an advantage.
8. Authentication & Security
Implement secure application architecture including:
Login/registration systems.
Role-based access control.
User permissions.
Password security.
OTP authentication where required.
Session management.
API authentication.
Data protection.
Input validation.
Secure file handling.
Protection against common web vulnerabilities.
The developer should follow secure coding practices and maintain confidentiality of business and customer data.
9. Admin Panels & Business Dashboards
Develop and maintain:
Admin dashboards
Employee dashboards
Customer dashboards
Seller dashboards
Sales dashboards
CRM interfaces
MIS dashboards
Reporting systems
Management dashboards
The developer should be able to convert business requirements into practical workflow-based interfaces.
10. Testing & Debugging
Identify and fix bugs.
Perform frontend and backend testing.
Test APIs and integrations.
Debug database-related issues.
Test different browsers and devices.
Perform regression testing after major updates.
Ensure applications work reliably before deployment.
Monitor production issues and resolve them quickly.
11. Git & Version Control
Use Git for source-code management.
Maintain clean and structured repositories.
Create branches for development activities.
Conduct code reviews where applicable.
Maintain meaningful commit messages.
Manage development, testing, and production versions.
Follow appropriate deployment workflows.
12. Deployment & Server Management
The developer should have working knowledge of deployment environments such as:
