HR Lead /HR General Manager / HR Officer Manager

Role Description The Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for PEAE’s activities in New Delhi in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes overseeing project planning and execution for electromechanical, substation, and industrial system installations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Director will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and partners, and uphold compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities involve setting business goals, monitoring performance metrics, guiding business development efforts, and driving continuous improvement in processes and service quality. The Director will also be responsible for financial oversight, risk management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment aligned with the company’s values and long-term growth objectives.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing multidisciplinary engineering or industrial project teams.
Deep understanding of electromechanical systems, substation and industrial installations, and related testing, commissioning, and quality assurance practices.
Proficiency in strategic planning, project and program management, budgeting, and performance monitoring in a technical or infrastructure-focused organization.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders, with effective negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in business development, market expansion, and operational optimization within engineering, energy, or industrial sectors.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record in a senior leadership or director-level role, preferably within electromechanical, power, or industrial projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to safety, ethical conduct, and non-discriminatory, inclusive workplace practices.
Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
