Looking for a highly motivated Brand Executive Co-Founder to join me in building and growing a new digital marketing startup from the ground up.
This is not a traditional employment role. I am looking for someone who wants to become a genuine co-founder and owner of the business, take responsibility for brand growth and positioning, and help build a strong digital marketing company with long-term potential.
What I am looking for
You should have strong knowledge and practical experience in branding, marketing and digital growth, with the ability to help develop a brand from an early-stage idea into a recognised and credible business.
You should be comfortable with:
• Brand strategy and positioning
• Brand identity and development
• Digital marketing and social media
• Content strategy and content creation
• Marketing campaigns and promotions
• Audience research and customer insights
• Competitor and market research
• Social media strategy and management
• SEO and content marketing
• Paid advertising and lead generation
• Creative campaign development
• Building brand awareness and online presence
• AI-powered marketing and content tools
• Using tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
You do not need to be an expert in every area listed above. What matters most is that you are creative, commercially minded, understand modern marketing, learn quickly, and can take ownership of building and growing a brand.

• Develop our digital presence across relevant platforms
• Create and execute marketing campaigns
• Build an audience and generate brand awareness
• Support client acquisition and business growth
• Use AI and modern marketing methods to improve efficiency
• Analyse results and continuously improve our marketing
• Build the company towards sustainable revenue and long-term growth
Equity & compensation
Equity: 25%
The selected person will receive 25% ownership/equity in the digital marketing startup, subject to a formal co-founder agreement and appropriate vesting arrangements.
There will be no salary or fixed compensation initially. We will both contribute our time and expertise while we build the business.
Once the business achieves sufficient cash flow/revenue, we can introduce compensation based on the company's financial position and our agreed structure.
This opportunity is therefore best suited to someone who is comfortable taking early-stage startup risk in exchange for significant ownership and the opportunity to help build a digital marketing company from the ground up.
