Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and development of long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, supervising accounting processes, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The CFO will provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership, support investment and funding decisions, monitor key financial metrics, and implement controls to safeguard company assets. The role also involves leading the finance team, optimizing financial systems and processes, and partnering with other departments to support operational and international expansion goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and support strategic decision-making.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Candidates should possess deep knowledge of Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably as a CFO or equivalent in a technology or software development company.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, cash flow management, and risk management in a global or outsourcing environment.
Proficiency with modern financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities in a remote work setting.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
