Role Description As an Independent Owner at Orange Computers, you will oversee the daily operations of a computer retail and service outlet in Andhra Pradesh, India. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will handle sales activities, coordinate computer repairs and technical support, and maintain store presentation and cleanliness. The role involves managing basic financial tasks such as budgeting, cost control, and daily sales reconciliation, as well as developing local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers. You will also be responsible for building partnerships with local organizations and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day retail or small business operations, including staff coordination and inventory oversight.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and common technical issues, with the ability to guide customers and supervise technicians.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Experience with sales, local marketing activities, and promoting products or services within the community.
Comfort with handling basic financial responsibilities such as tracking expenses, managing cash flow, and reviewing sales reports.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Andhra Pradesh, India, and maintain a consistent presence in the business.
Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make decisions independently and adapt to changing business needs.
Prior experience in retail, technology sales, or business ownership is beneficial; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or information technology is an advantage.
