Information Technology Associate

This role supports daily IT operations, including configuring and maintaining user workstations, Windows environments, and basic network components. The associate will assist with cloud-based tools and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure reliable systems and secure access to clinical and operational applications. Typical responsibilities include responding to service requests, documenting solutions, supporting hardware and software upgrades, and contributing to IT process improvements that align with Intrinseque Health’s quality and data security standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, including basic networking, system administration, and IT support practices.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems, user management, and common office productivity tools.
Experience or familiarity with Cloud Computing platforms and SaaS tools used in business environments.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and maintain accurate documentation of IT activities.
Understanding of information security best practices and compliance-focused IT operations is an advantage.
