Job Description
State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join its Capital Markets technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications, working across the full software development lifecycle, and collaborating within Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and React.js technologies.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
Implement backend business services and integrations with various enterprise systems.
Utilize JPA and Hibernate frameworks for data persistence and object-relational mapping.
Write optimized SQL queries and work with Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and software engineering best practices.
Support production deployments and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
