Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR data maintenance. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance management processes, and assisting in conflict resolution in alignment with company policies. The role includes contributing to the implementation of HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with business leaders to ensure compliance, support workforce planning, and help drive a positive, productive work culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, such as maintaining HR records, handling documentation, and supporting payroll or attendance processes.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, including the ability to address employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and foster a respectful workplace.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the local and national context.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR management software; prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
