Locations: Delhi/NCR & Mumbai
Gilco Global is actively hiring Junior Lift Technicians to join our field operations team. We welcome technically inclined individuals eager to build their careers in the elevator and vertical mobility industry.
Position: Junior Lift Technician – Installation, Service & Maintenance
Experience: 0–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the installation, servicing and preventive maintenance of elevators.
• Support senior technicians in identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain service records and report technical observations accurately.
• Follow site safety procedures and company operating standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, wiring and mechanical components.
• Previous experience in the lift or elevator industry will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and undertake field assignments.
• Two-wheeler mandatory, particularly for Mumbai-based candidates.
• A responsible attitude towards safety, punctuality and continuous learning.
