Role Description The Senior Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for leading engineering teams that design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting visa and immigration services. Daily responsibilities include overseeing software development projects, coordinating integration efforts across systems, setting technical direction, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. The Senior Engineering Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals, mentor engineering team members, and implement best practices in project management, quality assurance, and documentation. The role also involves monitoring system performance, identifying process improvements, and driving innovation in tools and platforms used by consultants and clients.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management skills, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and process improvement.
Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills, such as coaching, performance management, and building collaborative, high-performing teams.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with proficiency in modern programming languages, software architecture, and agile methodologies.

Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in senior or lead engineering roles.
