Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Canada. The Product Manager will oversee the development and optimization of immigration and visa consulting service offerings, from concept through launch and continuous improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product requirements, managing roadmaps, coordinating with operations, sales, marketing, and technology teams, and ensuring that products align with client needs and regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing market trends, client feedback, and competitive offerings to refine service features and pricing. The Product Manager will also track product performance metrics, lead cross-functional projects, and contribute to strategic decisions that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience in service design, process optimization, and customer journey mapping, preferably in consulting or professional services.
Ability to analyze data, interpret market research, and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Understanding of or interest in immigration, visa processes, or related regulatory environments is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
Proficiency with product management and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
