Telecom BSS Solution architecture, Hands on in desgning architecture for complex projects , JIRA , Agile , Tmforum
Liaise with Business Analyst and business uses to get clarifications
Participate in meetings with business users to get more details on the requirements
Impact Analysis on BSS and other in-scope applications
Highlight challenges/risks, if any, in implementing the requirements
Discuss with the Design team to get more details on the external systems impact
Prepare high level solution for the requirements
Prepare the T Shirt sizing estimates with the support from developers and have the efforts approved
Prepare high level design document
Walk through the design document with all the stakeholders to get the sign-off from Customer
Hand-over the signed design document to the developers to start the development
Provide inputs/clarifications to developers (of the impacted in-scope systems)
