Are you passionate about Learning & Development and excited to work on large-scale retail training initiatives?
Shoppers Stop is looking for an L&D Intern to support the execution of our Festive Training Plan across the North Region.
What you'll do:
✅ Coordinate training schedules across stores
✅ Track nominations, attendance & completion
✅ Manage training MIS and dashboards
✅ Partner with Store HRs, Unit Heads & L&D teams
✅ Support seamless training deployment during the festive season
