Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end management of client immigration and visa consulting projects, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Canada and involves coordinating with consultants, expeditors, and logistics teams to monitor project progress, manage documentation, and resolve operational issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, tracking milestones, maintaining detailed records, and communicating regularly with clients on status updates and next steps. The Project Manager will also be responsible for identifying risks, implementing corrective actions, and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Collaboration with inspection and quality teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies is a key component of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of tasks, follow up on pending actions, and ensure on-schedule delivery of project milestones.
Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to review documentation, verify compliance with immigration and internal standards, and maintain quality across project deliverables.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate movement of documents, manage timelines, and align cross-functional teams supporting the visa process.
Relevant experience in immigration consulting, professional services, or process-driven environments is beneficial.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and client-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office, and the ability to work collaboratively in a structured, on-site environment.
