CA - Direct Tax Litigation

Our office is looking to add associates to our tax litigation team.
We handle direct tax matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Income-tax Appellate Tribunals, and CIT(A), etc.
Requirements:
Qualified CA with specialization in tax litigation or Advocate enrolled with a State Bar Council
2 to 3 years post-enrolment experience
Prior exposure to direct tax, commercial litigation, or writ practice is a plus, but strong fundamentals and a genuine interest in specializing in tax litigation matter more
What the role involves:
Drafting writ petitions, SLPs, appeals, applications, replies, and briefs
Independent research on SCC Online, Taxmann, and allied databases
Appearances before ITAT, High Courts, and trial courts (including tax prosecution and compounding matters) under supervision, with scope to argue independently as you grow
Assisting with case strategy, client conferences, and counsel briefings
