Qualification
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance ,
Roles and Responsibilities
· Review and analyze RFPs, Terms of Reference (TOR), and solicitation documents issued by multilateral and bilateral agencies (e.g., AfDB, World Bank, UN), governments, and other clients and be familiar with requirement.
· Prepare compliance matrices and eligibility checklists based on TOR requirements under the guidance of the Proposal/Bid Manager.
· Attend pre-bid meetings and prepare/send clarification queries to the client as required.
· Prepare high-quality, compliant EOI, technical and financial proposal under the guidance of the Proposal/Bid Manager for audit, assurance, and advisory assignments.
· Assist the Proposal/Bid Manager in structuring audit proposals in line with TOR requirements, applicable auditing standards (e.g., ISA), and donor guidelines.
· Ensure responsiveness to the client’s/prospect’s stated requirements.
· Prepare requirements /compliance sheet based on information given in RFP.
· Support submission processes, including online portals and physical (hard copy) submissions, where required.
· Stay updated on donor procurement guidelines (e.g., AfDB, World Bank, UN) and audit-related requirements.
Experience
2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Skills
· Leadership skills: - Goal Setting, Decision Making, Relationship Building.
· Report-writing skills: write routine reports with proper grammar, a professional appearance, and language which accurately reflects what occurred and flows
· Actively appreciates and includes the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively.
· Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications, and equipment; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
