Qualification
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within a consulting, professional services, corporate, or agency environment.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, corporate documents, branding, and digital communication materials.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint; working knowledge of Canva and Figma will be an added advantage.
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to translate business information into clear, professional, and visually engaging communication materials. The role will support marketing, business development, and project teams by creating consistent, high-quality designs for presentations, credentials, proposals, websites, and other corporate requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and format professional corporate and client-facing materials, including:
· Ensure all designs follow the organisation's brand identity, typography, colour palette, and visual standards.
· Develop and maintain key communication assets such as:
o PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and project presentations
o Company credentials, capability statements, brochures, and profiles
o Brand style documents, templates, and website design guidelines
o Proposal cover pages, section dividers, infographics, diagrams, and report layouts
· Convert complex business, technical, and sector-specific content into simple, accurate, and visually clear layouts.
· Create reusable templates for presentations, proposals, reports, credentials, and other recurring business documents.
· Design website banners, service-page graphics, icons, social media creatives, event materials, and other digital or print collateral as required.
· Coordinate with content, marketing, proposal, and project teams to understand design briefs and deliver materials within agreed timelines.
· Review files for layout consistency, spelling, image quality, alignment, and brand compliance before final delivery.
· Organise and maintain editable source files, templates, image libraries, and approved brand assets for efficient reuse.
Experience (Nice to Have)
· Experience designing proposals, bids, annual reports, research publications, or consulting deliverables.
· Exposure to website design systems, UI layouts, data visualisation, motion graphics, or basic video editing.
· Prior experience with consulting firms, professional services organisations, development-sector organisations, or creative agencies.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong command of layout, typography, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
· Ability to understand complex content and present it through clear graphics, diagrams, icons, and structured page layouts.
· Good written communication skills and the ability to accurately follow content, brand, and design briefs.
· Strong attention to detail, including alignment, spacing, image resolution, consistency, and file accuracy.
· Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritise urgent requirements, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
· A professional, responsive approach to feedback, revisions, version control, and deadline management.
