What we're looking for
A small, fully remote US-based board game publisher is looking for an Influencer / Content Creator Manager to build and run its creator and affiliate program from the ground up. As the company shifts its marketing from paid advertising toward organic social video, you will be the primary point of contact for a growing creator community, from the first outreach message to the final delivered video.
What You'll Be Doing
Source and vet new creators and affiliates across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube using view count and creator type heuristics.
Own outreach, negotiation, boilerplate contracts, onboarding, and payments for new and existing creators.
Build and manage an in-house creator community on Circle.so, monitoring for questions and routing content issues to the internal team.
Coordinate product sample logistics with the Operations team so creators receive product on time.
Activate creators and affiliates around launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Track incoming content deliverables and keep everything organized for the wider team.
Requirements
Comfortable communicating in English throughout the day, both written and verbal.
Available for most of the working day in Eastern Standard Time.
Experience managing influencer, affiliate, or creator relationships (agency or in-house).
Confidence negotiating contracts and price sheets, and maintaining relationships at scale.
Comfort managing an online community (Circle.so or similar), plus basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for sample tracking.
Highly organized self-starter who can own the program day-to-day with minimal oversight.
Nice to Have
A social-native perspective on short-form content, since board game content is a niche most teams do not create naturally.
An existing network of gaming, lifestyle, or toy and hobby creators.
Experience with affiliate platforms or influencer marketing software.
Background in ecommerce or DTC brands.
