Dental Assistant - Maven Dental Busselton

As a Dental Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clinicians chairside during appointments and procedures
Supporting our Dental Therapist during appointments
Preparing treatment rooms and setting up for patients
Resetting treatment rooms between appointments
Sterilising and managing instruments in line with infection control standards
Maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical hygiene
Keeping clinical areas clean, stocked and organised
Supporting patients throughout their appointments
Helping patients feel comfortable and positive about their dental visits
Working closely with clinicians and the wider practice team to keep appointments running smoothly
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous Dental Assistant experience, or is genuinely interested in starting a career in dental
Enjoys working with people and helping them feel comfortable
Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work
Communicates confidently and professionally with patients and colleagues
Is willing to learn and develop their dental assisting skills
Can work confidently in a clinical environment and follow infection control procedures
Takes a patient-focused approach to their work
