Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clinicians chairside during appointments and procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and resetting them between patients
Sterilising and managing instruments in line with infection control standards
Keeping clinical areas clean, stocked and ready for patients
Welcoming patients and being their first point of contact
Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
Booking and managing appointments
Updating patient records, processing payments and handling general administration
Supporting the wider practice team with day-to-day tasks
We're looking for someone who:
Has Dental Assistant, dental reception or general reception/customer service experience
Is reliable, organised and comfortable working across different tasks
Communicates confidently and professionally with patients and colleagues
Takes pride in providing a positive patient experience
Is willing to learn and develop skills across both clinical and reception duties
Has a genuine interest in building a career in the dental industry
