Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media creatives, brochures, posters, presentations, and website graphics that support student recruitment and brand awareness. The role involves working closely with marketing and counseling teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Day-to-day tasks include designing layouts, selecting imagery, refining typography, preparing files for production, and iterating designs based on feedback from stakeholders. The designer will also help develop visual guidelines and contribute creative ideas to enhance AR GLOBAL HUB’s overall brand identity.
Qualifications
Strong skills in graphic design, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent design software).
Ability to create digital assets for social media, web, and email campaigns, as well as print-ready materials.
Good understanding of branding and marketing principles, with the ability to design for specific audiences.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design work; experience in education or consulting sectors is an added advantage.
