The Sales Conversion Specialist improves what happens after a prospect raises a hand. You will work across inbound interest, reactivated accounts, event follow-up, and partially qualified leads to determine what is real and move the best opportunities forward.
What you will do
Respond quickly and professionally to new inquiries and warm introductions
Use structured discovery to separate curiosity from an actionable business need
Re-engage qualified prospects that stalled because of timing, uncertainty, or competing priorities
Identify conversion friction and recommend improvements to messaging and follow-up
Coordinate next steps, reminders, materials, and senior-team involvement
Report conversion rates and maintain clean opportunity stages in the CRM
What you bring
You are strong on the phone, precise in writing, and naturally focused on next steps. You can create urgency without pressure and are comfortable working from both process data and human judgment.
A record of creating or converting revenue in a consultative B2B environment
Executive-level communication, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality
Comfort with self-generated activity, variable income, and measurable accountability
Reliable technology, a professional remote workspace, and eligibility to provide services in the United States
Compensation and working model
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary, draw, or guaranteed earnings. Successful producers may earn approximately $100,000 to $250,000+ annually, with uncapped upside; actual earnings depend on individual results, deal timing, commission terms, and collected revenue. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, benefits, expenses, and compliance obligations. Full commission details are provided in the written contractor agreement.
