WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS ANALYST – MANUFACTURING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Work Mode: Full-Time
Experience: 6–8 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Preferred
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong manufacturing project experience to work with manufacturing clients on Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Automation solutions.
What we’re looking for:
* 6–8 years of mandatory manufacturing project experience
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shopfloor operations
* Experience in Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 / Manufacturing Automation
* Exposure to MES / MOM, ERP, Shopfloor Automation and IIoT
* Understanding of ERP–MES integration, machine data and IT–OT integration
* Experience in requirement gathering, process analysis and functional documentation
* Strong experience in project documentation and maintaining project-related documents throughout the project lifecycle
* Ability to prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, requirement specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, functional specifications and other project documentation
* Ability to document business requirements, workflows, functional requirements, change requests and solution requirements clearly
* Ensure documentation is accurate, structured and aligned with project requirements
* Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into practical digital solutions
* Experience working directly with manufacturing clients and technical teams
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Must be based in Chennai
* Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
We are specifically looking for someone who understands manufacturing operations + digital solutions + shopfloor technology and can bridge the gap between the client’s business requirements and the technical/solution team.
