We are looking for a highly hands-on Technical Lead with strong software engineering, architecture and technical leadership experience.
We are looking for someone who has deep technical knowledge and strong experience handling projects end-to-end as a Technical Lead — from understanding requirements and designing solutions to development, integration, deployment and production support.
What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development and technical leadership
• Strong programming fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Node.js, React, Angular, Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL / PostgreSQL and relational databases
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, system integration, data flow and application design
• Experience designing scalable, secure and production-ready applications
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Ability to make practical technical and architectural decisions and handle complex project challenges
• Experience with code reviews, architecture reviews, technical estimation and implementation
• Experience with Docker / containerization and enterprise system integrations is preferred
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
• Experience mentoring and providing technical direction to development teams
• Strong experience working with clients and cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the technical aspects of projects from requirement understanding through development, integration, deployment and production support
• Lead technical design, architecture and implementation decisions
• Review architecture, code, APIs, databases, integrations and overall technical implementation
• Identify technical challenges, dependencies and risks and provide practical solutions
• Lead technical discussions with clients, architects, BAs and PMs
• Estimate technical effort and contribute to project planning
• Guide developers and provide hands-on technical direction throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure and production-ready
• Take ownership of technical delivery and ensure projects are implemented effectively
Added Advantage:
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation or digital transformation projects
• Exposure to MES / MOM, IIoT, Industry 4.0, Shopfloor Automation or Smart Manufacturing
• Experience with ERP–MES–Machine / Shopfloor integration
We are looking for a technically strong Technical Lead with proven experience in owning and driving projects technically.
