Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments.
Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
Assist with processing medical billing and insurance claims.
Maintain and update patient records in electronic health systems.
Prepare and manage medical documentation and reports.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
Experience using EHR/EMR systems such as Epic or Kareo
Familiarity with medical billing platforms like AdvancedMD
Experience with telehealth platforms such as Zoom Healthcare
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or a related role.
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
High level of motivation and persistence.
Energetic and upbeat.
