About Remote Leverage
Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S. based businesses. You'll join our team to identify and attract top talent to meet our clients' hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
• Identify talent aligned with client hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screen candidates.
• Review resumes and submit qualified candidates.
• Ensure accurate and complete candidate documentation.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Support urgent sourcing requests as needed.
Qualifications:
• +1 Years of experience in a Recruiter role or related role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
