Role Overview
As a Research Study Assistant II, you will play a vital role in carrying out research projects within regulatory compliance guidelines. You'll interact with internal and external stakeholders, support study participants, and ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to advancing healthcare research and improving patient outcomes.

What You Will Do
Interact with internal and external customers at all levels to support research projects.
Engage directly with potential and enrolled study participants to ensure their needs are met.
Analyze protocol-specific requirements and implement measures to ensure stakeholder compliance.
Complete day-to-day operational tasks to keep studies running smoothly.
Provide additional support as needed to meet research objectives.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with three (3) years of work experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in research and/or healthcare.
OR Associate's degree in a research or healthcare-related field with one (1) year of research and/or healthcare experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with regulatory compliance in research settings.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
