Role Overview
As an Asst-Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized behavior support plans under the direction of leadership. Your work directly supports clients and their families, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery. This role is essential in ensuring that each client receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.

What You Will Do
Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized behavior support plans.
Collect, record, and report data on client progress, making specific instructional changes according to established guidelines.
Alert team members to any areas of concern.
Complete informal evaluations as required.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
A valid Michigan Driver's License is required with no DUI's or OWI's in the last 5 years.
Preferred Qualifications
BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association accepted.
