Areas Covered: Wayne County; Detroit, Dearborn, Melvindale, Allen Park areas
Sign on bonus eligible: Up to $10,000 for Full-Time
Position Details:
Full time - 40 hours/week or part time flexibility available - DAYSHIFT
Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Monday through Friday
Salary-based position
Additional earnings through a 6-point productivity system
Manage your own daily schedule
Significant local travel within assigned territory

Role Overview
As an RN in Home Health Care, you will independently provide direct patient care in the home, utilizing your nursing expertise to assess and meet patient needs. You will coordinate with allied health care services to ensure an integrated care delivery system, supporting patients and their families in achieving optimal health outcomes.

What You Will Do
Provide direct patient care in the home, applying nursing principles to assess and address patient needs.
Coordinate with allied health care services such as home health aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, speech-language pathology, and social work.
Ensure an integrated home health care delivery system by collaborating with healthcare professionals and families.
Document patient care electronically using computer systems.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare personnel to provide comprehensive care.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Current licensure by the State of Michigan as a registered nurse
Minimum of nine (9) months of clinical nursing experience required.
Must possess a current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.
